Powder Coating Service
Powder coating is a process by which a powder coating is electro statically applied to metal and then heated to melt and bond the powder to the metal. This powder can be made of polyurethane, epoxy or TGIC Polyester compounds, making it tougher and more durable than conventional paint. Furthermore, powder coating is more environmentally friendly as overspray can be recycled and there are no toxic chemicals or hazardous waste to dispose of.

Colors and Finishes
We offer a wide variety of colors and finishes from which you can select. Different finishes include a variety of gloss levels, textured surfaces, and wrinkled, metallic and antique finishes. And, if we don’t have the color you need, for an additional charge we can custom order the right color to fit your specifications. If you’ve already found the perfect powder for your application, we can also work with the powder you supply.
Pre-Processing Prep
Our powder coating line includes a multiple stage washer to optimize the quality of your finished goods. With our washing system, we will ensure the powder is applied to a perfectly clean surface to maximize coverage and bonding.
Packaging
Generally speaking, TC Sports will return your finished goods to you in the same containers in which they were received. However, if you require specialty packaging, we can pack the finished goods directly into any containers you supply.
Shipping/Receiving
We feature full-service shipping and receiving docks. We can receive blanks directly from your metal processor and drop-ship directly to your customers, if that’s what you require. We will work with you to ensure the best method to receive and ship your goods.
